Host Insurance Responsibility

By listing a camper, the Host represents and agrees that:

• The camper is covered by valid insurance appropriate for rental use, either through the Host’s own policy or an approved rental insurance provider. • Insurance coverage will remain active during all rental periods. • Proof of insurance will be provided upon request. • The Host accepts responsibility for ensuring insurance compliance.

CamperBooker does not provide insurance coverage and is not responsible for insurance verification.

Renter Insurance Responsibility

By completing a booking, the Renter agrees:

• The rental will be covered by Host-provided insurance or an insurance option selected during booking. • The renter remains responsible for deductibles and uncovered damages. • The renter agrees to operate the camper safely and lawfully.

Liability Disclaimer

CamperBooker operates solely as a marketplace connecting Hosts and Renters. CamperBooker is not responsible for accidents, losses, injuries, property damage, or insurance claim outcomes arising from rentals.

Acceptance of Terms

By listing or booking through CamperBooker, users acknowledge and agree to this Insurance Attestation.
