By using CamperBooker, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. CamperBooker provides a platform that connects camper owners with renters; we are not a party to any rental contract between users. Owners are responsible for listing accurate information about their campers, setting availability, delivering campers as described, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Renters are responsible for using the camper safely, following all owner rules, and returning the camper in the same condition in which it was received.

All bookings are subject to the cancellation and refund policies specified on the listing. CamperBooker facilitates payments through a third-party payment processor. We do not guarantee payment and are not liable for disputes or damages arising from rental transactions. CamperBooker reserves the right to remove any listing or user for violating these terms or applicable laws. We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on our site. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
